“Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see a shadow.” Helen Keller
In life have you noticed there’s always more than one way of viewing things? I think of it as a coin–there’s a negative and positive way of viewing your world. Whenever I’m down I imagine flipping a coin and look for the positive in a situation. Helen Keller’s quote seems to highlight this way of thinking. If you keep your face to the sunshine, or focus on the positive end of life, then you won’t be seeing the negative parts of life. And we work better and live better when we go positive. What do you think about visualizing flipping a coin to flip your attitude? Do you disagree with this way of thinking? Why or why not?
